Can't handle the truth

Why do we seek comfort and advice from people when our conscious has already given us the answer? It could be conscious or our heart, right? Most of the time the answer is right in front of us, but we refuse to see it. Can you handle the truth?! Often times the truth is a very hard pill to swallow with all of the "what ifs" in play. I admit to the fear...fear of failure, fear of newness, fear of change, fear of being with self. How do you decipher between the truth and just plain giving up? Life is full of questions that we are scared to follow our guts on.

I pray for the courage to walk away or walk into the future...whichever is in MY best interest. May Yahweh bless me with the steps to walk the distance because I know that I cannot make them alone.
