Funny How

Its funny how this blog sprouted from an emotional tyraid, a battle with the beast, and a prayer for escape from that which I called hell on earth...or rather my former job. Now its the dawning of a New Year, 2007, and yet here I am again: same show, different tune. I dont really believe in New Years resolutions much because they tend to become aspirations, unreasonable goals for many people. In other words...I didnt make any. LOL. However, I have prayed for many changes in my life or the answer to mysteries I cant solve in my life RIGHT NOW. Trust...I am a great goal setter both long and short. When I set my mind to it im on it...I gets the job done. Thats a blessing in itself. So, this year I am going to count my blessings everyday, literally. Therefore, today I am blessed...

1. With 2 gorgeous daughters with strong, loving, honest personalities
2. With a 7 month old who is crawling and already pulls herself up to stand
3. With a 6 year old that LOVES to read...a mind is a terrible thing to waste yall
4. With a marriage with ebbs and flows - all the right spices for a master chef meal (I pray)
5. To be celebrating 10years of marriage this year - June 12
6. With the lessons of patience, letting go, and exceptance

That is a good start I think. Now is that for change and positivity best friend??? ; )
