Black Midwives & Healers Conference

I am gettin my advertising on these days! I am learning a great deal in the process. My goal is to spread the word about this years Black Midwives & Healers Conference to be held in Phoenix, AZ October 13-15, 2006!!! No, its not just for midwives or those aspiring - its for any and all interested in traditional healing, helping reduce the infant mortality rate amongst the African American community, bridging the gap between health professionals, and simply helping our people become more knowledgeable about choices available to them.

I cannot even describe my excitement for being a part of this. Right now we are looking for presenters, sponsors, etc. for the conference. My vision is to see the underground cultural richness that Phoenix has to offer in the traditional health arena. Please join us this year!
