6 Steps to Self-Grounding

I realize that I just did a blog for the day, but I just had to share this with everyone because it was so inspiring to me. Take this and implement it into your life - 6 steps to Self-Grounding:

1. Live a simple life: choose not to get caught up in this fast-paced world, so you have more time to enjoy being alive.

2. Stay in touch with yourself:
Soul searching, meditation, journaling, etc. to learn more about yourself - your emotions, likes/dislikes, dreams, and fears.

3. Support and teach others

4. Consciously choose what you allow into your subconcious: watch what you read, watch, and hear.

5. Embrace the challenges that life presents to you and CHALLENGE YOURSELF: there is always more to learn and grow from.

6. Make time for peace: silence and solitude.
