Milky Raindrops

How ironic that it is rainy outside this morning when I arise. Rain...the liquid gold for mother earth. As the rain drips from the trees onto the ground, it feeds the soil to help things grow. So does the milk from a womans breast - it drips from the mammary glands (tree) from the nipple (branches) into the babies mouth (earth) to nourish them and help them grow. It is the liquid gold from MOTHERS on THIS EARTH. Is this just happenstance? I think not. It is the true cycle of life, the cypher, if you will.

I am thankful that I have the ability to continue the cycle through practice and example. My children will see breastfeeding as normal and the ONLY way for nourishing their babies in the future. Although I am just one person, I have created a new normalcy. Praises to Yahweh!
