Music of my soul

ITS FRIDAY!!! A friend of mine asked me last night, "Are you normally this energetic?" I had to ponder about that statement for a minute...I mean I never really thought I was, but when I think about it...YES I am and it feels good. Call it genetics, but my momma is pretty spicy herself and I'm sure I get it from her. I mean I'm only 30 and I have a lot of life to live. New things are coming my way and it feels wonderful to basque in it all. My children, my lifestyle, and my spirit keeps my energy up. But honestly a lot of it stems from my lack of sleep and eating. I am working on changing those patterns though. Meditation...warm baths...3hr dance class weekly...and reflection are all on the menu towards my healing.

Back to my energy...I'm like Stella getting my groove back I guess you can say. Me and my girls are getting our daily schedule down to a science and the flow is magnificent. Not much TV (which is the bomb)...its all about musical healing at this point. Many of my friends have called and been on the end of our little swarray asking if I'm at the club or something LOL. I just love to listen, dance, and sing to music - its my therapy. So my advice today for all those grumpy grumpersons out there is to "put on your favorite tunes and let the music put joy in your heart."
