Valued

What does "value" mean to you? How much does it influence your life, your attitude, how you judge others? The dictionary definition is: To regard highly, esteem. Our values and beliefs shape everything about us. Yesterday a group of women helped me see my own reflection, both the positive and the negative. I realized how biased, narrow-minded, and judgemental I can be at times; but, I also realized how observant, patient, and loving my heart is too. I have to admit...looking at yourself, I mean really looking at yourself, is really difficult because you begin to see things that others may have always seen but you were in denial.

Today I plan to start a refreshing path...recognizing and sharing what I value in others. So, I hope everyone will take steps to day to do the same.

I value the fact that I can breathe in clear and "pure" air.
