28 wks!!!

Time is straight flying by!!! I am in my third trimester now and I cannot believe it. We had a pleasant prental appointment yesterday morning at home. The baby loves to nestle on my right side posteriorly at this time and she is a mover. Could it be the dancing I am still able to do, but barely able to get my feet off the ground? LOL! That is my only mode of exercise so...can't stop, won't stop (singing). My daughter loves being the midwifes shadow, using the fetoscope and measuring tape. Maybe she'll become a midwife too one day? Who knows.

My new instruction is to eat more protein - AT EVERY MEAL!! This might sound easy, but my family and I are not big meat eaters. So, I have work to do needless to say. On top of that, a sista has heartburn. LOL. I hate to sound whiny today, but I am definitely sleep deprived as the growth of pregnancy brings on the sleep uncomfortability and heat surges. Gotta make a few minor adjustments which means I'll have to learn to splurge on myself ;
I am joyfully in my body, loving my pregnancy, and looking forward to seeing my little princess. I have to release some worries in order to let Yahweh do his thing. I can just see her now...peering from my womb, honey complected, with not much hair? We shall see.
