Slacker

Now that I am officially a student again, this block is a vast difference from the first. With new baby and a larger family I am having the hardest time getting started. Before I LIVED in the books any moment I got. However, this semester I can't seem to open one LOL. Ok, all laughing aside, I need to get busy. In the back of my mind I know I need to and have every intention to do so, but I think I learned valuable lessons last semester. Family first, school next, then things later. Ok, yeah I bit off of Suze Orman's mantra but it is very fitting in my case. Of course school is my primary focus because my husband and I are making major sacrifices for this to happen, but spending QUALITY time with the fam is just as important. I used to sit in front of the laptop or computer with the fam before. Today I vow to hit the books hard all day and bust out this paper that is due on Wednesday. Affirmation today:

I am not a slacker
You are not a slacker
Tia is not a slacker
