What is your Teen doing?

http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2009-01-07-teenbirths_N.htm

This article is amazing and scary all at once. Every individual teen makes his/her own decision about sex, but as a parent I have to ask, "what drives teens towards sex at an early age?" Todays society seems to seperate the emotional/spiritual connect when it comes to sex becuase it believes that "kids are gonna do it anyway." Is it me or is it crazy to just say that parents should just assume that there is no way out of having a sexually active teen because everyone is doing it?! There are so many serious consequences that no movie, song, or peer can get a teen to understand when it comes to sex AND pregnancy is JUST one of them. Please read this article, think about it intensely, and have a discussion with your teen to find out what they are thinking and doing.
