What is my goal?

This was the ending question of a lovely weekend. I went to Rocky Pointe with two girlfriends, WITHOUT my baby girl. I ain't gonna lie yall, I was literally dying inside thinking about her and the hubby. In Puerto Penasco, the phones do not work at all, so thank heavens for no emergency. After getting over my withdrawl symptoms, I was able to relax and reflect on it all. The beach couldn't have been more inviting!

I sat gazing at the endless horizon of the crystal blue waters of Mexico, wondering where does it all end? I was able to BREATH and really EXHALE all the stress, worries, and drama. But then Sunday came to an end and reality hit me. So, the girls and I asked ourselves, "what is the plan when we get back?" Here were mine:

* Make it through this month at work and then celebrate my freedom afterwards
* Inner focus to bring my baby into the world safely and vision that process
* Spend time with my daughter before the baby comes
* Strengthen my marriage

Have you thought for today...what are your goals???

Oh, o.k. my goals:

1. Eat locally (locavores eat local campaign this month)
2. Training program this month: cardio 5 days a week, yoga, and spritual practice.
