No Rest for the Weary...Well a Little

Yesterday was eventful after leaving work. My hubby went out of town with my brother. As a result, my hormones are skyrocketing...its not like me to feel thoughts of agony and emptiness when away from my other half; but, this time I am dying. Or thats how it feels at least. Anyhow, I had the pleasure of going to my baby girls first "open house" for kindergarden!!! It brought back tons of memories of my youth when you run around balistically because you want your parents to share a bit of your world. My daughter is extremely intelligent, attentive, and caring! They have journals in which they write down their emotions for the day. It was beautiful as I flipped to the last page which said, "when I grow up I'm going to be a big sister" How beautiful!!! She is thrilled beyond belief and I am thankful to Yahweh that we are able to give her this gift.

Afterwards, we headed home for a quick healthy dinner. Kale, organic tomato soup (not that nasty hot ketchup tasting Campbell's version! : \ ), and grilled cheese! That's right yall, no suga for this lady today. LOL. After all the days festivities I headed to the bed at 9pm since the Olympics shafted ER for the week. Probably another way for me to silence my roaring desire for my hubby to be home too. I read myself QUICKLY to sleep and it felt WONDERFUL. Of course I was awakened by the tumbling sound of the dog outside kicking his water bucket around. Damn that dog...I had to get up and sushhhh him to not wake the neighbors...and then the day began at 4am!!! Yikes!
