Stop the BS!

It seems like I am constantly forced to hear words of BS. It seems to surround me daily. People at my job especially! But, I won't go there today. It simply amazes me how easily the words can just flow from peoples lips effortlessly! I mean, do they really believe the words that are coming out of their mouths? Or is it simply a coping mechanism to help them believe they are grander than they really are or make their actions speak higher volumes? Words of grandure don't impress me. I would much rather see your actions or demonstration of true concern for the next person. Boasting, bragging, grandstanding...that is all vanity in my eyes. Wearing a spiritual coat of armor goes a much longer way. Whooooosaaaaaaa...I got that off my shoulder.

By the way, today is a great day! ; )

Affirmation for the day:
I allow myself to let the little things go.
